IN-OFFICE Past Life Regression - 2 Hours

Service Description

You will be guided by Leah Claire on a journey to remember your past life incarnation. This amazing session in a luxury treatment room is a negative-ion charged space to boost your body. You will comfortably and safely be led on a journey to get to know yourself at the highest level. After the session, you will have an intuitive coaching session w/ Leah to review your experience where she will provide insight psychically to help you to understand it and what it means, reflections on your current incarnation and next steps. Included*: 25 Min Goal Setting Phone Call in Advance of Your Session 20 Min Prepare & Education 50 Min Guided Past Life Regression 10 Min FlexTime, Used to increase regression, journal or break 15 Min Interpretation Review with Intuitive Guidance from Leah Claire *Allotment may vary. What to expect*: Prior to the day, you will have a 25-min conversation w/Leah, to set goals. On the day of your appt., you will be greeted in the amazing salt cave lobby and brought back to your treatment room. The session will begin with a 20-minute education & prep session to make the most of your experience. The guided regression will last approximately 50 minutes followed by 10 flextime that may be used for further regression, journaling, breaks or other. There will then be a 15-minute intuitive coaching session to review interpretation & next steps. It is recommended to journal at the end of your service. To Prepare: Make a list of questions to explore in regression for first meeting. Also, we recommend to practice mindfulness meditation DAILY. Please download the Insight Timer App for mindfulness meditations. What to bring: An Open Mind! Please wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing. A Journal. Water. Must be 18+. All services are provided as an intuitive coach. While some hypnosis techniques will be used, it requires the patient to participate for success. Results will vary.
